Embracing Online Counselling

I embrace Telephone and Video session options for many reasons including: the opportunity for individual and couples to participate in counselling from the comfort and convenience of their own personal space, the quality of the connection experienced (both personal and technical!) and the ability to help clients meet their emotional health needs. Health and Wellness Podcast Suggestions

Within the past couple of years I began listening to Podcasts. I quickly found I love listening to a variety of programs for pure entertainment and for learning. I enjoy listening so much I choose to listen to Podcasts in the car while driving, at home while completing tasks and when exercising. Podcasts add quality to my time spent during activities when I want a break from listening to music. Podcasts also help me learn about Health and Wellness related subjects when I am not able to sit and read a book.

I would like to share a list of a few Health and Wellness related Podcasts I listen to along with the Internet links. I hope you find this helpful If you are thinking about beginning to listen to Podcasts or would like to add to your Podcast library. I download Podcasts on my mobile phone, and you can listen to them through other Internet options such as YouTube.
